still here

It's a bit quiet here but "behind the scenes" we are as busy as ever. Our small house and garden shed is slowly filling with different pieces of furniture which need to be re-upholstered, renovated or both. I'm really enjoying the progress from old to new, when the tatty fabric is replaced with freshly printed linen and when all the marks and stains on the wood disappear and start to shine again. Currently, I'm working on 2 projects, re-upholstering some lovely teak dining chairs with our ever so popular 'Mars' pattern, but I've run out of thread, so meanwhile, I'm stripping down a coffee table which has been painted with ever-so-popular Annie Sloan's paint.
I only wish the days has more hours so all can be done in a shorter time....
